At SAFIA, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from Melbourne, Australia.

During peak periods or promotions, dispatch times may vary slightly. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please check any applicable fees with your local customs office before placing your order.

Delivery Notes

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address details.
We cannot process refunds for orders while they are in transit.
Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers. SAFIA Cosmetics Australia is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or delayed in transit.
