Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a brief description of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will advise the next steps and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
